Flavio Galvan
Born in Argentina in 1971, Flavio Galvan lives and works in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He studied art at Figueroa Alcorta School in Córdoba, graduating in 1995, and completed a bachelor’s in graphic design at Business University 21 Century in Córdoba in 2001. For more than thirty years he has painted one-of-a-kind works for residential and commercial spaces, including large-scale murals—each piece shaped by sustained practice and an eye for how painting lives in an environment.
Galvan makes art to share positive energy and bring joy—his history, family, and life run through the work. He is drawn to painting that invites engagement and response; his methods are the fruit of years of exploration and fearless expression. Texture, movement, and exuberant color are where he lives in the work, seeking to meet the viewer and carry them on a dynamic visual journey.
